Whereas Israel is destroying Lebanon’s infrastructure, airports, ports, bridges, industry,

Whereas Israel has killed over 350 Lebanese Civilians since the escalation of July 12th 2006,

Whereas Israel has repeatedly invaded Lebanon in 1978, 1982, 1993, 1996,

Whereas Hezbollah has given Israel the pretext to hit Lebanon, even if we do admit that Israel was awaiting any pretext to launch its offensive towards Lebanon,

Whereas Hezbollah claimed its activities will stop when the Lebanese detainees are returned as well as when Shebaa Farms and Kfarchouba are returned to Lebanon,

Whereas article 3 of the Human rights declaration states, “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person,”

Whereas Lebanon is turning once again the soil of World Conflicts on its land,

Whereas the Lebanese people has the right to lead a peaceful life,

Now, Therefore OneLebanon.com proclaims THIS PEACE PROPOSAL as a common legislation for the people that signed it.

Article 1, Concerning Israel

1.1, Israel releases all Lebanese detainees in Israeli Prisons,
1.2, Israel returns the lands of Shebaa Farms and Kfarchouba to Lebanon,
1.3, Israel compensate Lebanon with 50 Billion US$ for the multiple attacks on its soil,

Article 2, Concerning Hezbollah

2.1, Hezbollah lays down its arms to the Lebanese Government,
2.2, Hezbollah releases all Israeli hostages and gives all possible information about Ron Arad,

Article 3, Concerning the Lebanese Government

3.1, The Lebanese Government deploys the Lebanese Troops to southern Lebanon,
3.2, The Lebanese Government adopts a just reconstruction plan, equal in between Lebanese regions,

Article 4, Concerning the United Nations

4.1, The United Nations annexes 1 km from both sides of Israel and Lebanon, to make a 2 km large blue line all along the Israeli-Lebanese Border,
4.2, The United Nations deploys peace keeping force of neutral countries (non Americans, non Iranians, non Syrians),

Article 5, General

5.1, All of this declaration is to be implemented first by a cease-fire in this very second, saving the civilians lives of both sides.
